Pihakatti Oy has bought Container Depot Oy Ltd.’s share capital with a contract signed on the 9th Of June 2017. Container Depot Oy Ltd continues with its old name. Arctic Container Oy, part of Pihakatti – Group, provides maintenance and repair services for containers In the Port of Rauma, Hamina-Kotka and Vuosaari. The buyout strengthens Groups container services in the Port of Hamina-Kotka and Vuosaari.

Pihakatti Oy was founded in 1990. Company provides maintenance services for terminals, roads and halls in the Port of Vuosaari and Mussalo. Group employs 75 people and its annual turnover is approximately EUR 11 million.
